Tigers sum up season

The player's [Lids, Chaplin, Ivan, Newy & Ellis] share what they have taken out of making the finals in 2014.

Lids - really disappointed with what we dished up in the Elimination Final. We didn't fire a shot after all the hard work in getting into the finals.

Ellis - we've learnt a lot from the last two final defeats. Good to get finals experience into the young guys like himself.

Ivan - stands by what he said midway through the season about training standards. We have to make sure we do everything right over the up coming preseason training. We do that we will play finals every year. It's now an expectation for our Club to play finals. We need to start winning them.

Chaplin - we can't rely on natural progression to get better. It has to come via hard work and dedication.

Newman - it's not good enough now to just make finals for this playing group. The next step is to win them and ultimately make and win the Grand Final.

The one thing that stood out in that video for me was the leader that is Ivan Maric  :bow

Nothing but a PR exercise.
Only one who spoke of some sort of conviction was Maric.
