Like I said, not against picking up Robinson but it is quite bizarre if we weren't prepared to risk Garlett - a far more talented player who fills an arguably more desperate need- due to off-field issues....even moreso if we don't use pick 70 as a result....and considering we've signed up everybody, it looks as though that would be the case unless we were to go with 39 on the main list and only take 5 rookies instead of 6.

Garlett is a downhill skier IMHO  - doesn't work up the ground or do enough defensive work.

Would be handy if he can improve his all round game.

I don't mind if we pick him up. Will add depth. Better than Newman, Grigg, others.

His knock is disposal efficiency yet hes had games where its been around 80%, so perhaps its a consistency or thing or something that can be worked on.

Defensive midfield pressure is huge and runs through the lines on the attack and takes the game on - something we need.

Yeah garlett would have been nice but it's gone...

Id only put in the first game of the season against Carlton with the direct instruction of hitting some Carlton poofters out on the ground. Some King Hits some big shirt fronts and away he goes to becoming a Richmond legend.
