6 home games at G Sat arvo  :clapping
is that 2:10 start? Or 4:40
Just heard above, I don't count 4:40 as arvo so better not be.

This is what happens when an even half successful Richmond at least looks like getting its stuff together. The club gets a better fixture, bigger games, bigger crowds, more revenue.

What we know so far:

Home: Western Bulldogs, Collingwood, Essendon, Carlton, North Melbourne, West Coast, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?

Away: Carlton, Melbourne, Fremantle, Essendon, Collingwood, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?.

Play twice (5): Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, ?, ?

Play once (12): West Coast, ? .... ?.

Guessing who else we play twice from the respective groups ...

Group 1-6 (min 1 max 2 ) ?
Our group 7-12 (min 2 max 3 ) Collingwood, Essendon, ?
Group 13-18 (min 1 max 2 ) Carlton, ?

So I would guess the other two we play twice are North from the top group and one of the Dogs or Dees as we play them early on in the season.

If we have 14 games at the 'G and one at Etihad then that leaves 7 non-Melbourne games. Usually we get six interstate fixtures which would mean we will be playing at Kardinia Park again  :banghead.

Playing a home game at Etihad against North is a joke too. Home games shouldn't disadvantage the home team and advantage the away side :banghead. I wouldn't want our finals chances coming down to the last game again  :help.

Overall though, it doesn't seem too bad a draw yet based on what Caro says. Like the old days, how we do against arch rivals the Pies, Blues and Bombers (players affected by ASADA sanctions) will go a long way to determining if we play finals or not.

Sure I read somewhere we are playing Geelong twice

Knew straight away that meant back to Kardinia Park

Poor turn up by RFC members at the MCG for Geelong's home game against us (granted weather was crap) always meant we were in trouble

Yes but the current administration should all be sacked.

Why would they send us to the Cattery? We will draw better than Carlton and Essendope and could easily outdraw Collingwood

Maybe they should play Collingwood vs Carlton at Etihad then since they had a poor attendance at the MCG this year..... :whistle

The weather was foul and we were playing very poor football so it's no surprise that nobody wanted to go see another loss.....
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Yep as I said a poor turnout of RFC members at the Geelong home game at the MCG is the reason we will play down there in 2015

This was the "ammo" Geelong wanted. Their argument is/was only 1500-2000 RFC members showed up to that game. So if that's all that's going to turn up they can easily cater for those numbers at Kardinia park.

I don't agree with it but that's the argument they used with the AFL.

YBB, I agree with you re the weather etc but as I said that's Geelongs argument and we'll just need to wear it for 2015

According to the Geelong Advertiser, we only play the Cats once next year.

They don't say, however, whether it'll be a home game or away. If it's away then it'll be at Kardinia Park  :scream as the Cats only have 3 home games not down in Geelong (i.e. Haw & Coll at the MCG and Carlton at Etihad).
