As I said I haven't had a lot of time this year but the last 3 or 4 days Ive managed to look at some profiles and at whatever vision I can based on those things I am hoping we leave the draft with one of the players from each of the groups below,

12- Lachlan Weller, Liam Duggan, Paul Ahearn, Peter Wright, Sam Durdin
33- Daniel McKenzie, Jack Lonie, Alex Neal Bullen, Damien Cavka
52- Luke Webb, Daniel Howe, Dean Gore, Jack Nelson, Blaine Bokhorst, Touk Miller,
70- Any of the above who haven't been selected yet

Interesting to compare the careers of Nakia Cockatoo and Blaine Bokhorst down the track I reckon. Nakia has a lot of friends on the Richmond forums but people should have a look at Bokhorst in action.

Think he is a quietly determined and tough kid. Definately one to be looking at cyclops.  Comes out of nowhere just like that mark he takes lol.

Regular phantom drafter Paige Cardona has us taking McLean at 33.

33. Toby McLean
52. Matthew Goodyear
70. Taylor Grace

And some were saying Jack Lonie is too small, Toby McLean is a ferrit compared to Lonie.

You do realise Lonie is 174cm. That's 5cm shorter than McLean.

Have a look at the body size. 5cm is still a difference to.

taking a draftee at pick 70 is more about saving money for free agency next year than the player we take.

What would of arnot had been on

at least 3 or 4 times what a third or fourth rnd draftee would be on
but arnot is a contracted player so we pay that in the salary cap no matter what. theres no savings to be had by rookieing him other than his rookie income goes towards his list proper payout.
