Funny ...don't recall the media talking up the price of Footscray's players after their flag or Hawthorn after their three flags...indeed I recall most of the media saying Johannisen's reported asking price of 800k+ was overs and praising Hawthorn's pay structure and ability to retain payers while bringing in the likes of Lake  & Frawley....now it's  all "Richmond players deserve pay rises" &  "Free Agency is unfair"....

I was a fan 2 years ago and wanted him to take over Houli. Probably needs a bit of work on his defensive game but TBH it looks like Houli is possibly finished - just roll his wage over to Shorty please!

i would have no issue keeping houli on min wages. We do need back u players and his experience is required for the kids.
