All over now. It'll be another Hawthorn premiership next week as well. Just too good.

It'll be interesting now what Ross Lyon does. He jumped ship when he knew St Kilda's list couldn't/wouldn't deliver a flag and now Freo is in a similar position.

Match swung back to Hawthorn in the space of a minute or so when the umpires didn't award the mark when it was cleary 15 metres and then Walters didn't get that free for being tackled without the ball by Gibson while Fremantle were still only 9 points down and dominating the play ....was even more blatant than the Cunnington non-decision...then Sandilands gives away a dumb free at the next ball up, it goes down the other end, Sheridan shytes himself and it's all over......footy gods kiss Hawthorn on the knob in a prelim for the fourth year in a row.....

Are the moronic umps that did our final doing tonight's game? I hate Freo but the umps have pulled non-existent frees out of nowhere to gift the Hawks their first two goals and have totally changed the momentum of the game.

Don't get sucked in by the biased commentating, frees were there, just not shown on tv

Were you at the game?

Great result. No team coached by Ross Lyon should ever win so much as a chook raffle with that patented highlight free lockdown bull- crap style of game that they play. Can't wait til his ilk (see Paul Roos) are drummed out of the game forever, and we get football back.
Now to sit back tonight and watch West Coast OBLITERATE the hateful North with a big grin on my dial. Hopefully Boomer will get a career-ending knee injury. Now THAT would be the cherry on top.

I hope our boys are watching tonight. See what they are missing.

North had the better of the first quarter to get out to a 20 point lead but the Eagles had gained momentum throughout the 2nd to pull it back to 5 pts at half-time. Ben Brown will be having nightmares if the North lose this from here. He's cost the Roos at least two goals.

The two best teams have made the GF. I know the Eagles pumped the Hawks two weeks ago at Subi but I still reckon the Hawks' best footy is better than the Eagles' best. I hope I'm wrong as I'm sick of seeing Hawthorn winning flag after flag.

As for North, they kicked 4 goals to quarter time but only 3 more for the rest of the game. You don't make GFs doing that. If the Eagles had kicked straight, it would've been another Prelim flogging for the Roos.

I posted this to Facebook last night, it sums up my thoughts on both games (I'll let the swear filter do the editing for me):

How stuffing good that the Karma Bus goes whack whack and smacks the 2 cheating stuffs of teams. stuff off Lyons, stuff off Scott, you bunch of tanking stuffs got what was coming and I couldn't be happier. What a great outcome for football. stuffing sleazy cheating tanking stuffs, stuff off.

I hope the Eagles get up.

The reason?

I know 4 Hawks supporters (arrogant pricks everyone of them) and no Eagles supporters.

It will make next Monday bearable.

 :thumbsup
Yeah we're already going to vote for him mate, you don't need to keep selling it.....

spot on 65. Question mate are they hawk supporters since birth or like the many i know just moved recently either from another code or another club.

I have no time for their supporters or their club and i will be praying the eagles beat them.

At least with the scum you cant question their loyalty, but with these flogs its all manufactured and once the club drops off so do their numbers.
