national dragon boat champs are on over here. reckon me and the dog will heading down to that regatta enjoying the sunshine  cheering on some of the locals.

But as was shown last week when you don't have the pill, you need to be able to chase those who have it.

Last week we were exposed for our lack of leg speed and I reckon other sides would have made a note of that
