Don, I get your point but remember he has taken over an ageing list which has lost the nucleus of their key players from the 2007-2009 era.
Reckon he's done well to keep them going.

But for me how Scott goes about re-building the Cats will define his coaching career. And by re-building I mean how far they have to go down and how long it takes for them to come back to being a consistent top 4 side again.
I reckon he has a massive task. Like Don I think Geelong have kept a few veterans a little too long. but I do applaud him for making the tough call on Chapman. There is a lesson right there IMHO
