To be honest I don't care who they bring in,for me it makes absolutely no difference..What I want  to see from this organisation starting now is a change in attitude. From the playing group I want to see utter commitment to the cause and to each other,i  want to see a never say die attitude on the football field.
from the club I want an aggressive off field in all areas..finances,development and recruiting.
I want to see less talk and fluff pieces and more action on the field of competition.
These past few years we the supporters have given and given. We have dug deep into our pockets and pulled the club up by its boot straps,we have attended games and set records in membership...MR RFC we cant do any more in fact from my perspective I refuse to do anymore...over to you RFC.
Further to  this it absolutely makes me sick in the guts to read in todays sun that we are no longer considered a big 4 club because this spineless group who represent us each week are soft,in fact the whole club is and has been for a long time.
