The Hawks did us a favour beating Geelong and keeping them in 9th. Now we need to do our part tomorrow.

All 3 games are must win games.
Everything goes right we finish 4th. Everything goes as I think it may go on the predictor we play Adelaide or Bulldogs. Everything doesn't go to plan we play Norf.
We lose one game and we may Norf or Bulldogs.
But really lets win all 3 games and give ourselves a chance of 4th. But as we know being RFC supporters, all three games are losable games.
Exciting challenges ahead.

To make the top 4 we need other results to go our, which isn't going to happen.

Let's just lock in finals spot first

We're playing finals lads, it's who we're playing that's of interest.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yeah Geelong would have to win all 3 games (St. K, Coll and Adelaide) and we'd need to drop 2 out of our last 3. Could happen but I'd say it's pretty unlikely. I've had a terrible feeling we're going to play North in an EF for a month now and that feeling only grows stronger by the day.

Lol thanks for reiterating my quote.
3 straight wins will be nice. But yes lets worry bout the two rivalries in two weeks. Would love to be unbeaten going against Norf with full confidence.

We have to get an MCG final in week one. If we stay at the MCG we will win in week one irrespective of the opponent IMHO.

To do that we can't afford to finish top 4   :snidegrin

Need to finish 5th or 6th to get a home final

I'd love us to have a crack at the dockers on Subi. If we didn't choke it up, I reckon we could bring up a Freo choke - we match up well to them

The Run Home
afl.com.au
August 17, 2015

6. Richmond

48 points (12 wins, seven losses) 114.5 per cent

The Tigers did as was required against Gold Coast, racking up an 83-point win that added six points to their percentage. They need to win two more to absolutely secure their third straight finals appearance but one will likely be enough and with Essendon still on their schedule, that's almost a given. They would need an unlikely stumble from the Swans to sneak into the top four, so a more realistic goal would be to secure an MCG elimination final in the opening weekend. Two wins would help; three would make it a certainty.

The run home:
Rd 21:Collingwood at the MCG
Rd 22: Essendon at the MCG
Rd 23: North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium

EF2: Richmond vs North Melbourne @ the M.C.G.

I would love to smash them round 23 then go on and smash them in an EF. Would do wonders for us supporters genuinely believing we are on a good path

Don't see it happening though
