If we loose to the Roos how the hell do the crows end up with a home final and we travel ??.Nothing short of a joke by the afl.

If we lose to North then the Crows will jump above us on the ladder if they beat Geelong.

Currently:
5. Rich  56   121%
6. WB   56   117%
7. Adel  54   119%
8. Nth   52   109%

If North def. Rich, Adel def. Geel and WB def. Bris
5. WB   60   117+%
6. Adel  58   119+%
7. Rich   56   121-%
8. Nth    56   109+%

Easily, the higher you finish = home final

For the first week of the finals

Finish 1 or 2 you get a home final
Finish 5 or 6 you get a home final

Been in place a while, not sure why the angst
"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"

from the song "Don't Walk Away" by Pat Benatar 1988 (Wide Awake In Dreamland)

Could Norf tank this week?  :shh

They'd probably prefer to play us in the finals over any other team.
And you may not think I care for you

Go Cats. Hopefully playing at the Cattery. Geelong will be looking to end year on a high.

And maybe they announce during the week that it is the last game for a few of the older guys and they play out of thier skins for them. (Johnson, Enright, Bartel, Kelly, etc)

Geelong will beat Adelaide this week.  They go well in milestone or celebration games.
Put money on it
Won't matter as we will punish the Kangas 2 weeks running.

MLO is that we play Adelaide at Adelaide Oval in week 1 of the finals. Hope there isn't a breeze.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Can only hope that Adelaide have a hangover after the big win, like how clubs like us and norf and stuff tend to do. We should be winning this week though and not leaving it up to what other sides do.
