I thought Gas played a pretty good game tonight and looks to be coming back to the form that we expect for him. In saying that it goes well for the end of the season when we trade him to West Coast. Keep it up Gas and you will do us a favour and free up some room in out salary cap!!!

I think we should go for Braun and young Paul Johnson. He is a big lump of a lad from Melbourne and looks like he could be one for the future. If we dont get too greedy we should be able to work out a deal that sees West Coast pay Gas' full wage.

Year good to see Gaspar play a bit better hopefully by round 22 we can get a reasonable pick for him.

could be a huge draft this season for the tiges

Priority draft pick
2nd pick overall (ottens trade to adelaide)
3 rd pick overall
10th pick overall (Gaspar to eagles)
3rd pick 2nd round

HUGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 picks in the top 20 LOL

Gaspar did ok. Nothing more nothing less. Its sad that we are commending mediocrity. I'm still waiting for him to have a good game.

PRR, that sounds great to me. We should be ready to rock'n'roll by 2006.

Yeah I think the Gas played slightly better last night.
We have to bear in mind the injury he has come back from.
I have always seen Darren as a terrific one percenter i.e spoils, knock ons, tackles and cleaner upperer etc.
His kicking can be quite wayward(Rarely takes the kick out from full back.)
Is he on a $1mil year contract?
Really corrupted the club a few years ago with his selfish demands.
Should have gone back to Freo then and there.

Trade, if not delist.

The club needs to set a tone of excellence and players who can't kick should not be listed.  Next year is time to finally get on the right track by recruiting young players who are well rounded and delist all players with severe deficiencies to their game.  Gaspar is probably the first to go as he most deficient in many areas......I really don't care whether he can spoil or not.
Does anyone have half an idea on anything?

Trade, if not delist.

It would cost us two years salary to delist him Harry for no return. Money will now simply don't have. We would have to trade him and hope the recipient club pays for most (highly unlikely anyone would pay all) of his remaining contract.

We have a negative return at the moment.  Would much rather no return than he being a liability - both in performance and the example he sets.  He is doing more damage to the fabric of the club if he is retained.
