The most experienced bloke out there and in the last minute and a half he went for cheap chip kicks when we needed to attack.  :banghead :banghead

Newy's a lock for the AFL next week after that 90 seconds, hang your head Newy. Very very poor

For anyone who was watching this game and saw Chris Newman in the last minute, if he plays for the Seniors it would selection suicide.

29 mins gone kick in. Dogs 84-82. No straight up the guts just a short kick into the pocket to play safe.

A minute later half back flank takes a mark side breaking. Stops props, takes 15 seconds of the clock goes sideways 30 metres.

Safe chip chip footy trying to save games not win them.

Please none of this at senior level.

McDonough and Lambert (played last 3 qtrs) were our best for mine.

Ayce Cordy kicked 6 against our VFL-listed defenders.

You read my mind WP.  :thumbsup

Awful stuff WP. Garbage footy.

If he plays next week will be selection suicide.

Good to see Lambert back!!

Yeah he was very good

Pity he needs more game time having missed 6-7 weeks, I'd bring him before Newman

Newmans leadership :lol. Couldn't even show it in the VFL :lol
Losing by two points late in the quarter and twice he just took his time, slew it down and kicked short laterally. The other time he was forced to bomb long but he could of played on and got more or it instead he kicks it straight down the throat of a Doggies player :lol

B.O.G.  Umpires 4 & 11

That mark paid to Cordy that was touched by 3 pairs of hands first just before 3/4 time proved costly in the end.

  • RWNJ / Leftist Snowflake - depends who you ask....
If Newman comes in at all let alone ahead of McDonough & Lambert then Hardwick should be sacked on the spot...hell I'd even play Lloyd & Gordon ahead of Newman and they're shyte....

Oh and Dea would offer even less than Batchelor does....would still play him ahead of Newman too though...
