Yep

Flags better head down there with bulldozers and knock the place down so we can start again. Consistency means you can't take the money  ;D

Don't know for sure, but I would think there is also Canberra money going into the Institute for running costs as well.
Think we get a benefit even if it is in an indirect manner as small as learning how to handle young players.

Not sure how these things usually work, but I see Punt Road oval every week as I catch the train from Richmond Station. For the past few weeks it looks like there has been 0 progress, just dirt(?) piles all over the ground

The piles move. There were practically no piles last night when I went past. The drainage pipes seem to have disappeared so I presume they are in the ground now. Looking really good to me.  :thumbsup

Depending on the stage and scope of the works, sometimes there needs to be periods of compaction where the ground will either be left to settle or subject to heavy machine just running over and over it.  In either case it can appear that little or no work is being done but in fact is.  Not saying this is the case but it could be expected at some point.

Are they planting the turf or installing ready made turf?

Is it going to have the same grass as the G?

Strathayr do plugs as well, but I reckon they would most likely be using turf, particularly if they are using one of Strathayr specialty systems to lay it on.

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."
