3 premierships in 15 odd years and they want a priority pick hey? Must mean the majority of other teams are owed special picks too.

Dont think the Lions can be called an expansion side

Actually feel for them

Voss left them in a bad way, look at the kids they lost under his tenure

Now you have a top kid in Aish most likely going to leave ....

The system is stuffed when a kid 2 years in the system can dictate to a club that he wants out....

Really, then please explain why 3 seasoned players happily went to the lions this season?

The system is stuffed when kids in the system for 2 years or even a year can dictate that they want out and then demand they get traded to the club of their choice

Free agency was bought to cover that, but the system allows players too much control

Kids just on the system haven't earned the right to dictate anything

They had the chance to trade ageing premiership players and didn't, they traded Henderson and 12 for Fev, they traded picks for Beams. This is their own doing, stuff off.
