yeah he s done a shocking job re signing our stable of stars , lets get the carlton, Collingwood or ESS bloke   

Yeah that same stable of stars that are yet to make top 4  or even  win a final. How long has Blair been there now??? Whats that i hear, seven years!!!!. So far Blair has reigned over nothing more than mediocrity and on field very little has been achieved. Maybe just maybe Blair is signing players he shouldn't and for too long.

You know like the coach and the players, club personell in certain roles,  the roles Hartley 7 yrs  and Jackson 10 yrs, are in. Well their performance can be measured by success. After all success depends upon them. Yet after all that time we still can,t win a final even against a 9th placed side or make the top 8. How long do you want us to wait.
In many ways we are no closer to a premiership today  than we were in  the 2012 season despite top 8 finishes.

I would have thought that's called doing your job. What else has he done to lure  a grade talent to our club.

He will leave it in the same state he left Port.

I am all for getting Bennell. Thing  i am asking myself is what ever happened to the no dick heads policy of the club. Seems it is only ever applied to justify what they do or dont do.

Things are different now. We were so low we could build ourselves up by playing it safe and going after players you knew what you were going to get from (whether it be a lot or a little). Now that we are in the middle bracket it is now time to take more risks

Lol i have seen all sorts of justifications of what the club does but this is truly golden. What's the point i cant keep on arguing with this sort of rubbish.  im putting on the rose coloured glasses finding some mind numbing drugs so i dont have to think and joining the flower sniffer brigade. Delusion just has to be less stressful.

Instead of deflecting and being condescending why don't you put your point across? How are things not different now? You must be truly delusional if you think we can still pick up the Griggs, Marics and Houlis of this world and get any better

I reckon we are pretty close to getting this deal over the line people reports from the club are that the players are happy for Richmond to take the risk with him and believe they can get the best ut of him. no doubt it will come down to what GC think is reasonable enough fr him but Im liking what I hear.
