Can I just say that Benny shouldn't be getting involved in list management at the level he is suggesting. That's not his job, that's why we have a GM of footy, a list manager and list management team.
Suggest he concentrate on his main job and that's running the off field side of the business. You know focussing on getting a replacement for ME bank, developing other revenue streams so the club isn't so reliant on the FTF.
Let those he employees as the footy experts do their job, if you don't trust them doing that job then Flick them and get someone else.
