whatever it was it was unnaturally fast witch doctor type stuff

unfair to expect him to perform as he was previously

Agree with Dioc, McIntosh is a bit of a kick and hope type at times. At others he is a beautiful kick so there is no reason why you cannot expect better from him.

Seemed about right time frame to return and it is totally fair to expect him to perform to at least a respectable level. He was close to useless once he got back

Edwards pre-injury was not too far behind Nat Fyfe & Dan Hannebery, in the AFL coaches player of the year votes

after round 10, for example; Fyfe, Hannebery, Armitage, Shiel, Pendlebury, Priddis, Edwards

fair enough and thats their opinion, and if we are judging him on the first part of the year they may have a point.

I prefer to look at his whole year and career and it has been just above average.

Griff and Conca dont get any browny points when they return from injury so why should he. Once again in another final he along with other senior players failed to fire a shot.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

was the point, he should of continued to perform at the previous level, about 7th best player in the afl, according to an afl coaches metric

regardless of the fact he returned very fast from a broken leg?

i get a feeling if griff or conca went the course of half an afl season, being top 10 in the AFL coaches votes, theyd get cut some slack too

Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

Take the best defender, number 1 Rickman, best forward, and best midfield (and captian) out of any side and they would stugle. If the backups for these position were as good  as those you take out then they would be in the team to start with. It really is quite a stupid premise.

That said the team you put up would have a shot at top 8, you just don't rate most of our players.

Took the words right out of my mouth fluff
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

that side would be lucky to win 5 or 6 games. That is how much we drop away from our best players in each position  to the next rung.
Depth ppppfffftttt.
