I’d say Nank but yes he’s much better in that position and I like when he take the game on.

I’d like him to use his foot skills more because his handpasses are not as good as his field kicking.
The club that keeps giving.

A defensively accountable, more naturally talented version of Houli..... :shh

Just proves that you can lock down a small forward and provide an outlet, doing both roles.

This is why Houli needs to go, despite having been a great player, he has by and large not been a top shelf defender. Nor is Short.

Mansell and even Rioli might work out to be better.

Could this potentially release Short to a wing role? Won't be able to fit them all when Balta, Broad and Vlastuin come back.

Garth, Astbury to go out. Short to a wing maybe (Pickett to inside mid when KMac is back). Baker + Parker to F50 (drop George + Aarts). Parker could rotate mid with Bolton.

Backline put them where you like.
Grimes - Balta - Broad
Rioli - Vlastuin - Mansell
Stack, rotate around.

Yep as a big critic thought he was good.

Still need a bigger body of work at that level to win me over though.

I think it will build confidence, they threw him into the deep end and he is swimming, I’ve seen improvement each week.

Played well. Agree with comments that his game was the sole positive coming out of the game.
