SNIP

Seems some people get it sadly many still don't

It's not about "being woke" it's called showing respect

Don't think it's asking too much

Nothing to do with woke

Please don't use woke to sook about crude, disrespectful and offensive comments being removed

I get in your world you don't think any of it was offensive but the comments were

Then to belittle a poster for calling it out is disrespectful

Seriously, your hypocrisy knows no bounds.

You constantly abuse posters who don't agree with you but in the next sentence you sook about being abused and standards.

Just in the above post you've used the swear filter to hide using the "f" bomb four times while abusing me.

Is that the standards you are talking about?

Want more editing to adhere to your standards? It can be done but as I posted a number of uears ago be careful what you wish for  :banghead

Broad was typically solid in his role down back for Richmond against the Crows, finishing the match with 12 disposals, six marks, a team-high seven one-percenters and 281 metres gained.

“It’s a bit weird, I’m actually loving it . . . Something different and I love the challenge,” Broad said in a post-match interview on Channel Seven last Thursday night.

“Obviously we’re in a bit of a tough spot at the moment, but this footy club’s glass half full, not glass half empty.

“So, we’re always looking forward and as a leader I’m actually relishing trying to get us back up there.

“And these kids, they’re awesome.

“Some of their performances tonight were just outstanding.”

Broad extends time at Richmond
Nathan Broad has signed a fresh contract, tying him to the Club until the end of 2026.

By Richmond Media

Richmond defender Nathan Broad will extend his time at the Club, putting pen to paper on a new contract until the end of 2026.

Broad, 31, had been already signed up until the end of next season, with the fresh extension locking him away for a second year.

The versatile defender has been in fantastic form for the Tigers, including a career-high 27 disposals against Collingwood in Round 21.

Broad ranks #2 at Richmond for Marks and #3 for Intercepts and Disposal Efficiency while playing a reliable defensive role on dangerous opposition forwards.

At 192cm and with strong aerial ability, Broad can play on tall opponents, with his running ability and athleticism also allowing him to shut down dangerous smalls.

The West Australian, who could finish in the top 10 of the Jack Dyer Medal for a third straight season at the end of the year, has played 145 matches for the Tigers.

Broad’s durability has been a feature of his game. He has only missed one match through injury since the end of 2021.

Richmond General Manager, Football Talent- Blair Hartley said Broad’s leadership, versatility and reliability was important to the group.

“Nathan has become an excellent leader at our football club and has been a consistent performer for us for a long period,” he said.

“He sets high standards, is hard working, brings great energy to his teammates and is a player that the boys love playing with each week.

“We are delighted that he has committed for another year and look forward to seeing him continue to contribute at a high level for the coming seasons.”

Broad, who was drafted as a 22-year-old mature recruit, having played some WAFL Reserves football the year prior, will enter an 11th season at the Club through the extension.

“A three year deal in front of my eyes as a 31-year-old,” Broady told Daisy on Footy Talk.

“Tigers picked me up as a 22 year old… It wouldn’t sit right in my values to enjoy the success and now that we’re 18th walk out the door.“

What a guy  :cheers
