Ordinary Australians. LMFAO. As if you, the media or policitcians like Wong gaf.

I dont care in the slightest what he does, and dont pander to the masses like you it seems.

Lets see what albo can offer him. This could be a strategic move for trump in negotiating.

You do understand how negotiating works dont you? :shh

You don't have superannuation I take it?

Most ordinary Aussies do and the majority of super funds have investments in the US market. US goes into recession due to your mate's tarriffs it impacts on superannuation...

Pretty simple really.

Fine if you don't care but don't sook it up when your superannuation's growth stalls or goes backwards

 :lol :lol

People like you are the issue im afraid to say.

They watch  the daily news ,who feeds on the dribble you just sprouted.

Firstly you don't lose if you don't SELL and if you have a descent set up , which by the sounds of things  you don't, then you would be looking at opportunities to buy more, not less.

Cast your mind back to Covid. I'm pretty sure you and a few friends thought the world was going to end.  Your alp friends told us this. Well it didn't but things went down ,and  then guess what they went up.

Keep panicking though it's great for stefanovic ,and buyers who are still putting funds in.

All the leftwits crying over Trump supposedly crashing the world's economy were more than happy to do just that for 2 years over a virus with a 99% survival rate. :shh

I have a very good super plan. Safe as houses.

Self-managed retirees are going to be in trouble. But as you've shown over a number of years now you don't care about anyone else or how anything impacts on others, that's how the right looks at things isn't it? You know the "who cares; as long as it isn't impacting me" That's how to look at right?

Do you honestly believe the tariffs that the great man has introduced isn't going to impact you in any way shape or form? They're not going to impact on prices on anything you purchase?

Your view on his 10% tariff on Australia, you his know his "reciprocal" tariff on Australia? Remembering we don't have any tariffs on American goods.

And what about the poor Penguins on Heard and McDonald Islands? Not sure how they're going to pay.  :rollin

The penguins can't pay but anyone who decides to use the territory as a transhipment point to get around the tariffs certainly can. :shh

The great man has paused his reciprocal tariffs for 90 days

And what happens Wall Street surges and he is taking all the credit (no surprise there)

Anyone know why he has paused them?  ;D

Oh yes William how is the panic?  :lol :lol

Nice attempt to get in early today to control the narrative.

Il repeat again only people who panic are those who watch the daily news (much like Covid) and/or have an average set up which I’m guessing you also do despite your safe as houses. By the way if as you say retirees are affected then they should  have been “safe as houses” also like you.

Fact. The market is down LESS than it was in 2022, under Biden’s dip.
Oddly enough we didn’t  hear from you then.

Lastly, I do care which is why I mentioned looking for opportunities, but you choose to follow the Stefanovic rabbit hole news. :shh

Penguins are safe mate. Just need to give them a 4th jab to ensure they don’t die from Covid

I was talking about Trump and his cronies buying shares cheap and selling when they gain in price. I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about.

No panic here.

But another very good bait by you. Against site rules but hey no one reports it so again we let it slide

Really?

Just asking a question which you as usual don't answer. You just come on here with your condescending attitude and pot people who disagree with you

:banghead  Sometimes I wish I wasn't a mod as I'd really like to let rip at you as you are seriously out of line with your pathetic assumption that i've highlighted. A low blow even by your standards.

You know nothing about my super set up; just like I don't know anything know yours. Mine isn't average far from it.

Funny didn't hear much from you either

Things are very different this time round, there's these pesky little things called tariffs that are going to play havoc with not just financial markets

Clearly you don't think they will have any bearing/impact on you. I am starting to think you think they are great idea

Clearly you don't care what impact any of this has on anyone because your lack of empathy is there for everyone to see

any chance you can actually answer my original question?

Why did Trump pause his tariffs?

Why did Trump pause his tariffs?

i didn't need to explain why he paused it. Are we discussing that now?

the reason i didnt bring up the biden drop because it didnt concern me, but more importatntly didn't you either  :shh  It appears when it doesnt suit you it, bothers you. Panic seems to have a break every few years with you.

Clearly you don't think they will have any bearing/impact on you. I am starting to think you think they are great idea

part bait in this and no it will have no impact on me at all due to what i have already told you in the previous post. It shouldnt most others either, much like every other time. What does have an impact/bearing on me is the amount of taxes i pay in this state for little or no reward. Does that answer your question?

I would encourage you to wait a year, stop watching the daily news  and revisit this disussion then.
