How long has Lennons lay off been. ?
Has he even had a hit out.?
Personally i would really like to see the club Promote Callum Moore and throw him in the deep end.Would also be looking to give Chol games so maybe we can rotate Moore and Chol in and out of the team.
Griffiths FF. Riewoldt CHF, Moore third tall.

Ideally when Lennon has a few hit outs would love to see us set up in the following way

FF: Butler - Griffiths - C Moore/Chol
HF:Lennon - Riewoldt - Rioli.
OMG.
That's two posts in a row that I completely agree with! :clapping
Lol at the end of the day most people end up coming around to my way of thinking on most things.

- You have to fit deledio Cotchin Edwards martin vlastuin on the ground too ... Where is Lloyd going  to fit?

 - Do you want to have another cry about jayden short in the backline?

 - Quite frankly McBean is getting a very rough go if c moore.  Chol (both who I like a lot ) are ahead Unless claws got him CHB / ruck  :shh
Hmm how do we fit deledio, cotchin, edwards, martin and Vlastuin on the ground along with the blokes i mentioned.

FB: Grimes - Astbury - Conca
HB: Deledio - Rance - Vlastuin
C:  Menadue - Martin - Edwards
R:  Hampson - Cotchin - Miles.
HF: Rioli  - Riewoldt - Lennon
FF: Moore - Griffiths - Butler
Int: Pick 4 players.
Every player mentioned is available.

Too late to play McBean in defense and at no stage have i thought him a potential #1 ruckman. Common sense says if McBean is going  dont pick him regardless of how well he plays in the ressies.
Put the games into C Moore and Chol instead. :shh

Lol.
Just look at my sig claw. I'm always wanting them to try our youth because some of our more senior players never deliver when it counts.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

If you had trelor / danger / Prestia  for grigg and a half decent ruckman for Hampson (was there a stage you though Hampson had potential to be number ruckman claw?) starts to look half decent side

The only glaring question mark is astbury. Griffiths body not falling apart and continuing his upward curve would help too

C moore is the one needed to come good if we are not gettin Hurley.  Broad would be a nice bonus

I'm not convinced chol. Maric. Vickery. McBean. Would be any worse on the ruck than hamspud.
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

Oh, my mistake!  I meant to name Gandalf, Hulk, Superman & Captain Marvellous on the bench, since we're now recruiting from Fantasyland!  *Hint - Current players ... you know, we're picking a Richmond FC team from the players on our team list, like ... players who actually play for us ...    ::)

Indeed - I was lamenting last seasons trade period and somewhat claiming with a few 'tweaks' and less crap list managment things can turn around fast. The side potentially looking quite competitive with a few key addiditions or if some of the fringe youngsters step up

Trying to continue claws  theme which i largely agree with:

Did not want Hampson under any circumstances.Dont know how many times i pointed out his 7 year history at carlton and what he did poorly.
In fairness to him i think he has been servicable this year  but like most  still think we need to get a more rounded ruckman.
I  would keep him as a back up ruckman until we actually grow our ruck stocks. Atm he is easily the best ruckman we have,  in fact at times his ruckwork by itself has been excellent.

may as well call it a year for kamdyn, Houli and Ellis. Would rather Kamdyn and Ellis be cherry ripe for preseason  ankles and groins can be tricky. As for Houli, 3 weeks then he'll need a couple of weeks in the vfl, may as well let him get right for preseason and play the kids in his stead
