Hampson cannot play again and Morris out.  Rioli although good not quite ready and we struggle with too many youngsters.

In Grigg, Moore & Lennon

Brandon Ellis is not a defender so don't play him there.  He will be very lucky to hold his spot on his effort

Houli was pathetic.
Ellis was comical.

If you look a bit closer at the game again you will find that Houli at least runs to Space and breaks the lines. Like Carlton did.  The rest of them do not run. What about Townsend? Did he make it any easier for Cochin? This is what he is meant to do. Cochin was pretty terrible. He has now played to shocking games in a row. I suspect he is coached badly. He is trying to do things that he cannot. He needs to go back to how he played originally.  Anyway, drop Morris and probably Bellis and  Hamson but note that Griffith ran around in circles as usual (where the ball ain't). Find back men who can break lines. Castagna? Not Hunt and Bachelor again. Lennon. When will Drummond be ready?  Who else is quick in the 2s? Put in anyone who plays like Lambert. As Pagan says he is a modern Anthony Stevens.

In: Deledio, Lennon

But Ellis won't get dropped.
Lids won't come up.

Even though he's ultimately a forward/mid , with Lloyd in form  Lennon should take Houli's spot for now (moot as Houli will never be dropped).....Castagna for Morris, Butler -who can midfield just as well as forward- for Ellis (again moot) ...I don't rate A.  Moore and don't know who he'd come in for  - maybe McIntosh who was woeful - but Geez knows, even with Townsend added,  we still need more inside grunt and help in the clearances.. can't rely on Miles to do it all or Lambert to play like 2008 Foley- every week...
