Saints and melbourne.  Making. A lot of friends with good young players

Lions /Looks. Seem to have some talent.

Love the Tigers to death but for the good of the clubs future I think we need to lose to the Bombers. Will finally bring the heat on the club to boiling point and something might actually be done about the current situation.

They are better than us this year.
It's funny with all the poo that has happened to that club over the last 4 years they still manage to secure an ex premiership coach.... That won't take shortcuts.
When we are on the lookout for a new coach we get the leftovers. I think it says a lot about people "on the inside" think of our pathetic football club.
How is it even possible being this bad for this long with a few half decent seasons in the last 35 years.
Everyone that gets involved in this club ends up taking shortcuts or becomes brainwashed with their own crap.
Tough, uncompromising footballers during their playing careers become soft, stupid and insipid coaches. (Hardwick, Frawley)

We can turn young star kids into lazy, vanilla, boring footballers in a few short years.
If we as supporters are over the whole thing can you imagine guys like Lids and Jack. I wouldn't be surprised if we start losing a few of our better players that are just as sick of our club as we all are. But before that happens, the players need to do something about what is happening right now. It makes me think twice now why Cotchin is our captain and Jack isn't even in our leadership group. One is a "yes man" and the other isn't. It sounds a lot like our coaching group. I find it really hard to believe that AFL educated coaches can keep playing guys like Houli and Ellis in the backline. It wreaks of one mans influence over the other coaches.

And lastly, when recruiting, if we need a ruckman, draft one, not a hybrid ruck/forward. (They need to be 200 cm plus that can run and jump and most importantly like to wrestle and love a contest.

If we want a KPF, recruit a guy that can play the position well and not try and think past that. We have drafted too many guys with the thought of them being the second ruckman as well. (Putt, Vickery, Griffiths, McBean, Chol, Hampson) if we had of thought like that we may have guys like Carisile and Darling to name a few.

If we need an onballer, draft a genuine one not a flanker or pocket player that we think we can turn into one. We have way to many flankers and pocket players on our list that just cannot play onball with any real quality. (Houli, Ellis, McInntosh, Lambert, Menadue, Lloyd, Vlastuin, Townsend, Rioli, Hunt, Morris, Lennon, Short, Castagna, Moore, Yarran, Conca, Drummond, Markov, Buttler)

Our recruiting for a long while now has tried to be too cute. More than half of that list should be genuine onballers. Take a look at our VFL side and the main setup in the middle are all non AFL listed players. How is that even possible!!!!!!

Richmond VFL side has not gone past us.

McCrae next coach in waiting.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.
