Patton is the realistic one, but how much would you give up for a player thats done 2 knees?

I reckon he's worth the risk provided we do proper medical due diligence
Why would you want him, serious question what attributes etc.Is he supposed to be a power forward? Personally i have a few issues and im not sold.I know he has had injuries  but has not done enough imo to be offering up 1st rounders for even if you think he has a big upside.

For starters a massive upgrade on vickery and griff and a good chance we could get him for massive unders. I definitely rate him as a power fwd - strong mark, very hard to spoil, good kick, reasonably quick. Don't look at him this season, is clearly playing with no confidence and you can see he's scared to stop and prop to violently. Once he regains confidence in his knee, he'll show why he went number 1. Poor bugger hasnt had a chance to get any continuity in his footy due to his injuries, the one year he did in 2014 he really started to show something

ADELAIDE’S determination not to pay overs to secure white-hot forward Josh Jenkins has Melbourne clubs circling the 27-year-old star.

The Crows are adamant they will not wilt in negotiations with Jenkins, believing premiership lists are not assembled by paying inflated contracts.

Jenkins wants to stay and has not officially put contract talks on hold despite little recent progress.

But he is happy to park all discussions for the time being, unwilling to budge unless he receives a four-year deal.

No Melbourne club has lodged an offer but many have salary cap room and the determination to be active in the off-season.

North Melbourne and Hawthorn launched bids for Essendon tall Cale Hooker while a ruck-forward like Jenkins would be the perfect player for Richmond.

From BF:

Josh Jenkins via his old president at Lake Boga has said Richmond and Brisbane have spoken to him. Freo have offered him 5 years. The show was a peetake but it was mentioned

...and no, have absolutely no idea what show the poster is referring to....

A hogan/Patton/Cameron type would be ideal

Reckon for what you'd have to pay you're much better of targetting a Tomlinson type than Jenkins.
