Tom Browne on Ch 7 just said the AFL will intervene into the Brisbane Lions and its management over fears of a mass player exit.

Richmond has a much-celebrated ‘war chest’ of funds, which to this point was being waved under the nose of Michael Hurley, but is now being reconsidered with Boyd looking like a better version of Ty Vickery.

Boyd will be traded come seasons end. I wouldn't take him though. Too expensive and doesn't look like anything special

Rumours abound that Hurley was offered big money by "a club" and he was considering it till Essendon upped the ante and now is likely to stay. So they may have been told by Hurley's management that he is staying and now our club is looking elsewhere...... :whistle
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

I'd take Boyd providing he was willing to take a pay cut then trade Vickery & Griffiths for something to get Prestia & Devon Smith

Is the Rockliffe rumour mill going strong? I heard the Saints are sniffing. Is he someone we could do with? Swap Lids for Rockliffe Prestia, 1 draft pick and we will throw in Grigg, Houli, and Vickery
