Mercy siren.

Richmond    1.5    3.8     4.10    7.12-54
North Melb.  5.4    7.9   13.13   18.16-124

Goals: Riewoldt 2, Vickery 2, Lloyd, Miles, Deledio.

North had 31 more inside 50s (41-72)

... and they had 33 more tackles (57 - 90) despite having far more of the ball.

Hardwick's presser should be hilarious

Would love it if he was actually honest and poured some acid om his insipid players

Rather the stock standard nonsense of we didnt play the Richmond way, I have great faith on this group crap.

Their crap Dimma and your crap
I hope Dimma doesnt use the injuries as an excuse because the Roos could have taken 4 of their guys out of the game and we still would have been towelled up.

What really stood out for me tonight is how many passengers we have and real lack of effort and how dumb we are as a side, some of the situations were laughable.

What it does highlight is that we are a long way off the pace and now with the injuries we have to give some others an opportunity.

You can bet the excuse of injuries will be used along with the stat Dimma holds dear the most - we lost the contested possessions.

Rance has the backwards disease. l'm so sick of seeing that sort of football
Just saving time as those up the field will turn it over anyway via some U10 standard stupidity and the ball will comeback as soon as it leaves.
Exactly. Rance is entitled to have a breather!

Heads must stuffing roll starting with getting rid of our sheltered workshop for useless tall players, it is like watching a pack of giraffes with CP and absolutely no kinesthetic ability or coordination performing random seizures while professionals run stuffing rings around them.

We are so set up to play dry weather, outside, soft footy. And tonight was the perfect example.
As soon as it's a bit wet, windy or cold we look disinterested.
We have 2 KPF that are 200cm and useless when the ball hits the ground.
We have guys like BEllis and Grigg that are scared pooless of getting hurt.
We have a guy like Lids that goes missing when the game is in the balance.
And we have guys like Hunt, Chaplin, Astbury, Hampson and Batchelor that just aren't AFL level anymore.

Time to put a broom through the joint, surely everyone has seen enough.

Everything that is wrong with the side, the list, the game plan, development and the coach writ large in one match

Cotchin: Bring on Roos rematch

Herald-Sun
30 May 2016

RICHMOND captain Trent Cotchin says he cannot wait for Friday’s mid-season assessment of his side’s resurgence against 2015 finals conqueror North Melbourne.

The Tigers have strung together three consecutive wins but must topple their hoodoo side at Hobart’s Blundstone Arena on Friday night.

Richmond was annihilated in the contest by the Roos in last year’s elimination final, who are on a seven-match win streak in Hobart.

North Melbourne’s only loss in its past seven games against the Tigers was when it controversially rested nine players in Round 23 last season, forcing the AFL to change its schedule this year.

Cotchin’s finals nemesis Ben Jacobs is out injured but the Tiger says the challenge has arrived at the perfect time for Richmond.

“Every game is significant given our position in the season, but the reality is we are looking forward to an opportunity against an opposition we have had a great rivalry with,’’ he said.

“They have got the wood over us and we are looking forward to playing strong-bodied Richmond footy and taking it right up to them in Tassie.

“It is the perfect opportunity for us as a group. We have had a couple of solid wins but the challenge for us is to prepare as well as we can for North, who have been the team to beat, this Friday night.”

Said he couldnt pick the same side next week based on the performances tonight, let me guess, Lambert, Hunt plus the injured players. Guarantee that BEllis and Vickery wont be among them although Ty may be saved by Griffs injury. The biggest problem we have is that if you dropped who should be dropped then we would have trouble physically fielding a side next week, sad but true.

Grigg is mediocre.

Worse 4o possession game ever
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus
