As long as he takes Hamspud & Grigg with him....

Under the theory that a club is only as good as its bottom 6 players .....that is why we struggle so much.

Batchelor looks like a country footballer . Hindsight is a wonderful thing but wish we should of kept Dea and flicked Batch.

It all well and good wanting to get rid of conca

Yet the current defensive options outside of c Ellis who goes alright are -

Houli (soft)
Morris (average)
Bachelor (average)
Hunt (average)
Yarren (gone walkabout).

And that's not taking into account astbury isn't much good Are rooted without rance / grimes.

They say flags are won from the back... It's a circus down there

Would of been nice to have trelor or danger off a hbf huh...

Hurley would a good start

These decisions are often based on who is out of contract and who is not.

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

How about when Rance gave Batchelor a slap on the chest when he stuffed up and allowed the GCS player to mark inside 50

He was FILTHY.

The dude has sore shoulders from carrying hacks and his patience is wearing thin, as evidenced by the suspension for giving Watts a tickle up.

He nearly smashed him. You could see he wanted to belt him.

Good job, more of that needed instead of the impotent reactions they usually dish up. Interesting that one of the players that played against the Hawks in the GF said that they way they carried on yelling at each other was like they hated each other but it was all out of getting the job done and guess what.

That's the problem with our players, they go and cry when challenged like Rance did to Batchelor.

Don't think physical contact is a good look out on the field. Batch did out body his opponent in his next contest and took a good contested grab for a shot on goal that he unfortunately shanked

Rance is just getting frustrated again. At least he won't get reported.

It was the best piece of leadership shown by a Tiger all day. What a shame our coach refuses to take note

Shoving a less-talented teammate who is already down on confidence because he made a mistake is not good leadership.

We all love Rance but that was stupid and not helpful.
