It's official - number 6 in the draft
« on: August 20, 2016, 09:01:05 PM »
Well it's offical, we will finish 13th this year but means it's pick 6 in the draft.
Any thoughts on what we do?
Let's assume for a second that we get to pick a kid - who do we go for?
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

A). Pick the 20th best player or some random
B). Trade it out
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

We should probably go through headspace  to make sure we get someone frail.

You have that wrong - we SEND them to headspace

Not official yet as Carlton are 4 goals up on Melbourne late in the 3rd qtr. The Blues also play Essendon in the last round, so if they win today they can still jump above us on the ladder and we'd get pick 5.

Just saw that, how good would pick 5 be?

Big diff in % still. They would need to win by 10 goals plus and us lose by 10 goals plus also. The latter is a foregone conclusion the former a ? though

The problem with the term tanking is, it infers they perhaps could have won.
