not true. it is vital we dont give up pick 6 for a proven player, as there is little doubt they will find a better player with pick 6.............

Ideally I'd like to head to the draft with at least three picks in the top 30.....whether or not the first one is still pick 6 after trade week or ends up being, say, pick 11 -15,  I'm not overly fussed...

I actually think it more important we bloody well acknowledge where we actually are at and instead of trading for players go out and try to get better picks. But once again this is all moot if we just put our heads in the sand and pretend our recruiters can do the job.

so, serious question.
if we have the same recruiting staff, would you be happy to give up pick 6 for prestia, or forgo the trade and trust them to get that pick right?

I think our last two drafts have been better ( Rioli was a good choice last year, not sure about Broad..)...apparently coinciding with Hackson taking a back seat to Luke Williams ....we still haven't traded back into the draft though....but that's down to Richardson, Hartley & Halfstep, not the recruiters....

I don't care either way, but to answer your question take Prestia. I think we are screwed regardless as Prestia nor pick 5 will do much to this list

We are cooked for next year also and one pick or player ain't gonna change that.
