I knew it. No other club would want him, not sure why I got excited

Praise Geez

If so, delist him now and play a kid because he is not worth giving anymore games to. Actually hasn't been worth it for near 4 years

Why would we do that. We’ll get some compo for him with this. Hopefully the eagles give him a good contract. Maybe we can luck our way into a second round compo.

Didn't think you got compo for unrestricted free agents? Was Brando BEllis unrestricted? I can't remember but we got pick 39 for him but he signed a decent contract at GC and was probably on more coin than Graham at Richmond. At least I hope he was

I think you still do. Unrestricted just means clubs don’t have the option to match the offer. I’m pretty sure deals similar to the one Brando got would have normally get you a first rounder but the AFL in all their wisdom and using their top secret hush hush formula that no one knows but them shafted us with a second rounder.

As a resident of Perth , I know quite a few West Coast fans.

Had a bloke at the gym excitedly ask me my thoughts on Graham .

I couldn’t lie . I said he’s peaked. Very vanilla, worth a third rounder at best .

I'd play Taranto in his role next year, he'd be a lot better at it - still use him in the guts when required but we'll also need to get the new kids (as well as KMac2 & Sonsie)in there and to 50 game asap...can't have them stuck in the maggos for years behind the likes of him, Hopper & Prestia if he goes ion..assuming those two will be fit....which is a big if.... :shh

Have grave doubts about Sonsie on several fronts. Pace, running and competetiveness are three things that come to mind

Some are saying we may get pick 22 as compo for Graham. Geez get him out the door and run like hell with the pick while we can.

Yep
Run with 22 quicker than the man himself can run

HRS is waiting in the wings, eagerly anticipating taking the Jack Graham crown upon his departure
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
