I would love to go too. I'm going to take a day off work just to go with a mate and kids to get a few autographs and see the new planning style early. Just hope I see more shepherds, tackles and skill accountability when training resumes.

I'd suspect there won't be much game based stuff before xmas, primarily strength and fitness stuff

You can train as hard as you like, but if you aint got the ability, it aint going to win you games.

Hate to be so brutal ...

You see this is why it is so hard to take what you say seriously JJ. You say things like this when they are so obviously untrue. You absolutely love sticking the boot in.

I actually run the Tan and Matty White and Jackson were doing the Tan during finals time last years as well. ;)
Didnt make Matty White a better footballer did it. ::)
As for sticking the boots, dont think so.
Thats the way I see it.
It likes training a horse, you can do all the trackwork but if you aint got the abilty, you wont win a maiden at Colac , will you ?

Can't agree with that assessment Jack, effective training WILL increase ability and WILL win you games given that there are NO physiological or mental impediments, now that is a fact ;D

All I am saying is that you need to have ability., in which Jackson has some and White are minimal

I agree, why else would you train.  Fitness, training intensity and repetitions matter a lot.  Which is why I'm not entirely critical of the recruiting.  Its the weight training and other off field development activites that Ive been dissapointed with. Jack Reiwoldt should be much bigger if he is to be a forward.  But I noticed in the last half of the year he put on mass, which is a positive sign.  Robin Nahas must, absolutely must put on some weight.

Its really as much about off field spending as any thing else.
