A video clip showing Richmond training as well as an interview with Matt Hornsby on the AFL website...

The playing group at the moment is split between those who have had ops over the offseason and those that have had an uninterrupted offseason/preseason.

We're doing a mixture of fitness/gym/aerobic training and gameplan/footy training from the start of preseason. Kicking training is 3 times a week.

By December the vast majority of the group will be in full training. Hornsby said everyone is at least running at the moment which is pleasing.

Overseas trip - leave Oct 29. In Southern Arizona which is at sea-level. More about using the elite facilities via our connection with Athletes Performance and the University of Arizona.
