How would you run it?

Was announced Butler playing

Interestingly Dimma singled out Townsend for praise. Please no.

Dimma also forgot Nank's name was Toby. Sums him up perfectly

Great morning here
Training is very sharp

I went. Thought it was low key and unassuming. Unimpressed with training intensity or quality. Dimma pointing out Markov as being extremely talented before just introducing Corey Ellis was a little awkward for Cellis.
Probably means little for Thurs night but I didn't see any sharp training.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Well that's interesting
My thoughts were training was sharp
Especially the drills in regards to 6 on 5 up stoppages
If you watched closely , the set up in regards to releasing players was excellent
Give you a little tip
One handball then kick down the line

I thought the atmosphere was chirpy, but was surprised at the lack of intensity.

The standouts for me were Mcintosh and Rioli.

Kamdyn looked super fit and his skills were elite by foot

I'm part of no click. I don't know one employee at the club. My 7yo daughter is a 3121 member so she can sit with me and we were picked.

Excellent :clapping

FTR, I couldn't see any face painting, mascots or giveaways at all. If there was these things, it must've been hidden away on the superstore side of Punt Rd which no-one explained when we arrived. Not a big deal but another example of the poor communication from the club.  I went thinking that the younger kids could be distracted by having these activities while the older one could watch training. The jumper presentation was great, the clear highlight of a dull morning.

I didn't go

But I just find it really disappointing the Club has flicked the traditional "Family Day" - another example of the "Disconnect" of the last 2 years
"Oh yes I am a dreamer, I still see us flying high!"

from the song "Don't Walk Away" by Pat Benatar 1988 (Wide Awake In Dreamland)
