What I'd like, not what I think will happen

Out- Houli, Grigg and Ellis
Ins- Markov, Miles and Lennon

Is Miles quick enough for tackling, pressure and moving the ball quickly? Is his disposal clean?

Is his contested ball winning worth it or is he almost a man down in these areas above?

Grigg has been solid all year - will probably recieve 3 Brownlow votes after yesterday's game.

He is not going anywhere BT .

Conca stuffs around with the ball and stuffs it up nearly every time he get his mitts on it, time to give up on him

I said what "I" would like to see!
BOG against Brisbane, BIG DEAL!
I think he is poo. Slow as a wet week... Along with Houli and BEllis.
The only way we will win finals is if those pretenders are gone. So we may as well start now.

Well someone had to step up , even against lowly Brisbane.  Cotchin and Dusty decided to have the weekend off.

Our twos would have beaten Brisbane yesterday.
Let's see how Grigg, Houli and Ellis go angainst decent sides in big games.
They all go missing EVERY TIME.
It's time now to replace them. Maybe not even all at once but what has Houli done this year to be ahead of Markov? A kid last year that proved he could play HB with his toughness as well as his run and carry.
These players will at best get you to 9th as we have already seen 2, 3, 4 years ago and they aren't getting any better.

Grigg will never be dropped by Dimma.

On the positive side for Grigg he worked hard to get clear of his opponent but with these powers comes responsibility.

31 disposals at just 66%. (20 effective disposals) vs Conca 17 disposals at 100%. (17 effective disposals). Yet Grigg "looked" better primarily because of sheer volume of disposals and where he was kicking the ball (inside 50), albeit under WAY less pressure. And because Our better players were quiet.

Griggs game for mine was proportionally responsible (culprit number 1) for the junk football and turnovers we saw in the second half and which is the epitome of our old game plan.

Bombs away repeat x 31. I think it was selfish football. His game against Carlton was better and generally more disciplined with smarter play.

9th BT  ???  Richmond haven't finished 9th since 2008.

Only players on list who have experienced 9th are  Edwards,  Cotchin and Jack who were all babies.

The 3 mentioned went pretty good against West Coast last week
