Why would he even pass a comment like that?

I guess Chris will find out tonight how good we are and he can write some more irrelevant drivel.

Should be a great match.

Can’t wait. :pray :pray

Such a flog
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

LOL at him cracking it at the start when there was feedback :lol.

Actually we finally got a compliment out of him - "Richmond has been the best team over the past 3 years". Too little too late.

Geelong supporters not so forgiving. Giving it to Scott and Hawkins :rollin.

Thank stuff we didn't play them last year.

I hear they were a better team then.

We'll never hear the end of it from their for fans for years, especially if they win next week. Scott has made us a laughing stock with his arrogance and whining.

Our full back plays on the wing, gets 10 possessions, while their full forward has 19 possessions, 8 marks and kicks 5 goals in a 19 point win.

Mind boggling decision by Chris Scott.

Chris Scott is the worst game day coach I have ever seen. He does nothing, blind Freddy could see Taylor on Lynch wasn’t working, he did nothing. Blitz completely ineffective on the wing, stuff it, just leave him there. Danger having a mare of a second half ow well let’s try nothing to get home into the game.

The Tigers adjusted at half time and Scott has no answers when plan A stops working.

That he wasn't in an emotional state to publicly explain why they lost.

That they should have been further in front at half time. He said they took their chances in round 12 and were 10-12 goals in front which is a buffer you need against Richmond. Once we get momentum we are hard to stop.

That they didn't do certain things he wouldn't elaborate on in the 3rd quarter. Allowed us in.

He snapped at the journo who asked Scott if he agrees with Dimma that sides should receive more praise from the media for making the top 4 - "Are you one of those who don't?"

Chris Scott, you were wrong

Geelong coach Chris Scott engaged in some mind games in the lead up to the clash by declaring the Tigers weren't as good as they were last year despite winning their previous 10 games. If the Tigers aren't better, then they are certainly hungrier, which they demonstrated emphatically in the second half after clawing back from a 21-point deficit at half-time. The dim prospect of losing a second successive preliminary final after being hot favourites on both occasions just wasn't an option for Damien Hardwick's driven team as it seeks redemption for its 2018 failure. The Tigers will take on the winner of Saturday’s twilight preliminary final between Collingwood and Greater Western Sydney and will enter the game as the favoured team. Meanwhile, since Scott guided the Cats to the 2011 premiership they have won just four of their past 15 finals.

It was great being at G. Not going to lie my blood pressure was through the roof at half time but we’ve shown we can peg back an oppositions lead and take hits and get games back on our terms this year. So when we were only 3 goals down I felt we were a good chance to come back hard. I didn’t think we’d kick 5 goals in the quarter though!!!!

In the coaches votes, looks like Chris Scott couldn't help himself and refused to give the 5 votes to any Tiger. Had Kelly ahead of Lynch, Prestia & Houli. Sorry Scotty but the game goes longer than a half  :wallywink.

Hardwick                                        Scott                               Total

3. Kelly                                    3. Houli                                6. Prestia
