People need to be as harsh on Rioli as they are on George. If he had the performance that Rioli had tonight people would be writing petitions for him to be dropped.
You obviously donít know the rules of this site.

Nobody is to bag, insult or even question a Rioli on this site ever.

Youíll do well to learn this.

You probably donít know this but he had an interrupted pre-season and thatís why he is down on form..... actually was that last pre-season or the latest one?

Anyway it doesnít really matter.

Learn the rules!

#dropgeorge.

Wow. Thatís a tad melodramatic.

I donít think anyone will call for George to be dropped this week. Equally, I think most will agree that Rioli had a poor game.

You are accusing people of favoriting Rioli, but you seem to be the one playing favorites. You also take any opportunity to pot Brandon. I think you need to relax on accusing others of bias.

If Castagna played like this most weeks I wouldnít complaint about him so much. I like how he made the most of  the opportunities he had and lowers his eyes to find the big fellas.

I wonít question his pressure so far this year has been very good.

shocking set kick for goal, but he wins his own pill, wear the hits while doing it and must give the opposition the poos with good pressure because he does bring it.  Still on the plus side for mine, but yeah wish he would tidy up some of the messy stuff, he isn't alone though, comes with the manic play style though.

Iím relaxed...
How am I playing favourites?

I actually like Rioli but I do think he escapes criticism from most on here and has for a couple of years now.

Even you would concede George and Rioli are judged differently??
There isnít many in our side that are excused for poor games like Rioli.

At the end of the day it doesnít really matter what I or anyoneís thinks of Georgie, he is a premiership player and Dimma and the coaches think he does a pretty good job.

Rioli is a lot tidier than Castagna.  I don't feel like a game can get flipped around with Rioli as much as Castagna.  With Castagna it is a distinct possibility at times because it is chaos, with Rioli he is so much better with the ball.

Yeah he was good last night. He deserves to keep his spot on that performance. It doesnít mean that criticism of his prior performances wasnít warranted though.

Which is similar to Bellis and his past fortnight

Bellis has played two good games now. I'm pleased for him. Wing is his best position. Keep him there. Castagna has tidied up his disposal and is now hitting the scoreboard. Pleased for him too. If these second tier players can play well we are obviously a far more dangerous opponent than relying on the top tier guys week in and week out.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

And if he or Castagna donít bring it each week - theyíll get dropped.

Castagna - Improved set-shot goalkicking

ďItís something heís worked on a lot and heís improving it. I think with anything, the more you put in, the more chance youíll have on game day. So heís doing a good job with that.Ē

Beast!

How can you not love Georgie!

Hardworking tackling machine than can also do the flashy stuff.

You definitely get the ups and downs with him but I donít think anyone can ever question his effort and I can cop that.

Was very good last week :clapping frustrating player due to his skills or lack there of during games. Gives his all each week but will continue to frustrate me.
