Looks like we fortunately got through unscathed.

Fire away with your changes, if any?

Will wait until after today's VFL match but I am hoping Miles forces his way in.

 :cheers

Not convinced with Broad gives us flexibility but decision making let's him down.

If Bolton plays an amazing game, maybe him in for Castagna

Castanga had an absolute stinker to cap off a run of stinkers

I suppose they are unlikely to make unforced changes but I would have him as an out

This is exactly the change needed. Bolton looks quicker and more dangerous around goal.

Yes
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yep totally agree, though I would've had Bolton in last night for him

George may have had a stinker but still kicked a goal and had 4 tackles but what I find amusing is no mention of Rioli's stinker. I know it's the norm but it still needs to be mentioned if you are going to talk about stinkers.

George is the easy target and Rioli is the blessed little boy.

Neither will get dropped for the prelim and only an idiot would suggest so.

Shai will be an amazing player for us but he is so light he gets thrown around and bumped too easily atm for finals imo, Castagna is harder in the contested stuff for mine.  I feel for Miles, has done everything he can and was one of the few that could hold his head up from last year (despite having it nearly torn off nearly every game).  Broad is good, he rode that intensity well for one of the inexperienced blokes in the team and will be better for it.
I think you don't mess with the squad, they are blooded now, they got a taste and Geelong threw everything at them early, and they soaked it up.

Dusty didn't get 30 touches last night. Might be a bit tired. Lot on his plate at the moment. Time for a rest?

No changes for mine. Have not been overly impressed with George lately, but I do like the bit of size and athletic ability he brings to our forward line. Bolton and co. will be great players, but to play those guys now is a high risk/high reward type situation and I don't think we need to take that type of risk just now.
