Need at least three talls in the forward line or it won't work

Including Hampson resting forward. we sure did miss that guy.

wonder if hes part of the #insaneconnection  ;D

We still have the best key backman in the league, a FF who kicks 50 odd goals a year without being a primary target, a very underrated captain and some tattooed guy for the team to rally behind.

In order of importance to the team how would you place out top 4, I would have

Rance
Martin
Cotchin
Jack

That's a tough one. I would agree with your order. I see where dougey is coming from but the Port Game where Cotchin brought Rance back into the game with a pep talk, and his attack on the ball in the finals especially vs GWS I think has him edged above Jack Riewoldt. But only barely.

I don't think it'll be sustainable but we proved our game style can also work without Reiwoldt there. By no means do I want to find out how it'd work against a team like Adelaide (when they turn up) or Sydney though :lol

If we have a tougher draw next year and only win 14 instead of 15 we finish 6th with a % of118 not 3rd. We get a home final vs 7th and win. Play an away final against 3rd or 4th and lose. Have we got worse or just had a tougher draw?

Why do we lose to 3rd or 4th? If that did happen, we're worse. We wiped everyone else in the top 4 this year in finals so the draw didn't have anything to do with that..

Because it's an away game. We played 3 home finals effectively.

I think you are undervaluing the effectiveness of the game plan in finals champ
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
