Lest we forget EEA.  :lol

Our team with our new player looks even better than ever without Lynch up forward.
Backs:     Short. Rance. Grimes.
H/Backs:  Houli. Astbury. Vlaustin.
Centres:  Lambert. Cotchin. Edwards.
H/Fwrds: Butler. Caddy. Rioli.
Forwards: Riewoldt. Martin. Castagna.
Rucks:    Nankervis. Wines. Prestia.
Inter. from: Grigg. Graham. Broad. Townsend.

Most options covered in the vfl in case of injury

No more Conca. No more BEllis.  :birthday :santa :dancing :dancingpickle :veryhappy :xmassign :wavetowel

Just to be clear, we could have the greatest line-up ever assembled but there would be at least 2 - 3 whipping boys we would whinge about. Nature of the universe, I guess.

Conca was better than okay yesterday, Ellis very good.

I think Tom lynch is too risky with what he is apparently asking for so unless he comes for significantly less I say look elsewhere.  Surely he can live on 700-800K per year to play with us for premiership glory and the adulation of Tiger supporters.

Ollie Wines = Big fish.

Bigger fish than Lynch. :shh

Let’s say I’d be willing to trade out champion Premiership defender Brandon Ellis and premiership wingman Kamdyn MacIntosh and I’d also be willing to throw in Reece Conca as the extra steak knives.

I think it’s a win win for both clubs.  :snidegrin :rollin

Get it done Tigers.  :pray

Would still favour Tom Lynch. There’s always a lot of very good midfielders in the competition to pick from but there’s not a lot of great key Fwds. Wouldn’t be fussed either way though  :rollin

Edmund provides Lynch contract update

By SEN
22 June 2018

Hawthorn is falling behind in the chase for out of contract Gold Coast forward Tom Lynch, according to the Herald Sun’s Sam Edmund.

The Hawks, along with Collingwood and Richmond, have been the three clubs reportedly interested in Lynch, and Edmund has updated how the race is going.

“Tom Lynch and Collingwood is the pairing that we keep hearing over and over again,” he told SEN Breakfast.

“Hawthorn, apparently, he is not interested in Hawthorn.”
