When we beat them will it be a great win against a top eight team or just another easy win against another bottom 8 team?

They’re coming off a shorter break so the win won’t count.

The quick turn around might keep a few away who went to the ANZAC matches but it really should be a massive turn out....arguably the biggest clash between us & them for decades..... :shh

Agree with both points mate

Wasnt at the game but watched on TV and have watched the replay today

I thought BEllis was very poor again. Stood back off contest and refused to go in to get the ball

If they were fair dinkum then he'd get dropped for Graham.

Think this week's changes will be determimed in part by how blokes pull up with the short turnaround. Wouldn't risk Caddy

For mine

INS: Graham, Vlastuin

OUTS: BEllis, Lloyd

Even looked worse at the ground WP.

And yet N Riewoldt highlighted an 80 metre chase at the end of the game which resulted in a free kick from a holding the ball.
Funny what people notice
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

That was right at the end. He was horrid for three quarters. Trust me.

Very hard to make any changes however Vlastuin must come in and if Caddy is fit he also comes in.
Out might be Lloyd although I thought he was good and young Higgins might make way which would be tough on the kid. Difficult week coming up at the selection table. Ellis wasn't great but just does enough each week.

Ellis is a premiership hero who deserves a little more respect than what he's getting. Yes, he is frustrating but boy can he play. Won't be dropped but does need to be more consistent. One thing is for sure - not many play finals footy as well as the Bellis :shh

Think the only ones in the gun would be BEllis and Lloyd and lloyd was pretty good overall so would be stiff. Caddy and Vlaustin are walk up starts, Graham may struggle to get back in the side :o

I agree. Ellis's game against the Dees was poor.

What we need is fresh legs.

Vlaustin and Caddy if fit and Graham a must.

All three didn't play last week.

 :cheers

Think Vluastin and Caddy plays
Don’t think Graham will 😉

No way B Ellis get's dropped.
It will be interesting how Collingwood go against our pressure game as the Bombers were insipid and Pies players ran around doing what they liked all day.
Collingwood do handball a lot and that does worry us when done well
