Would have liked to see Garthwaite get a game

Lynch back for Adelaide, with Vlastuin out Garthwaite in makes more sense

Adelaide's Round 16 team is...

IN - T. Lynch
OUT - D. Mackay (ribs)

Doesn't anyone think picking Moore has got to do with tall teams exposing us a bit like crows and eagles did earlier give us a bit more height ?.

It's going to be a wet ground and slippery given morning showers with thunderstorms tomorrow.

I'm guessing we'll play very long and direct in these conditions and Moore's job will be to play deep and bring the ball down to our quick small forwards front and square. Jack to run around more as a high forward using his footy smarts.

We are trialing a 2 pronged forward line with Moore playing the role of Tom Lynch.

It'd be handy if were trying to also increase our free kick for count with umps looking to pay holding frees against key defenders on key forwards. They certainly don't do Jack any favours unlike other forwards in the AFL.

Not really, when we play the game on our terms its a non factor, when teams like the crows/eagles play it on their terms thats when we get exposed. Given we're playing at home I think its more about rewarding good form from a player who was dropped and asked to work on some things which he has done, rather than being worried about their height

Got to be make or break for CEllis tonight. personally I think hes much too slow for AFL level and lacks intensity - hope he proves me wrong

Has anyone told CEllis that his whole career hinges on this game?
