Can't see us being as player for Logue if the rumours regarding Cerra are on the money.

Freo fans would go into meltdown if we got both of them :lol Just the thought of it gives me shivers.

The only rumour about Cerra stems from a poster here

The rumours over here are that he wants out out the Dockers.

Cerra has been averaging 15 touches a match.

What is he offering that we don't have already?

He's a jet and is every chance to be a top 10 midfielder in the comp. Freo are in freefall at the moment, so you have to take his performances with a grain of salt for this season.

If anything, its the perfect time to strike. Price will be low enough that we could potentially snare him.

Yep kid showed last year that he can play- having second year blues though not quite as severly as Higgins is... :shh

In other news - Tarranto to Richmond rumour starting to grow legs and SPP being shopped around... :shh :shh

Don't quite get the love for Cerra other than being a high draft pick.
Would love Taranto but can't see this one happening.

Midfielders are handy, we might need a bigger bodied one or two as Cotch can’t do it for ever
Cerra, doesn’t look any better than we have, but I haven’t seen enough of him
Do we need a genuine ruckman , key Backman and a key forward- we know it’s hard to get good ones but I’m starting to trust our Recruitment team

Logue - key defenders are what we should be chasing.  In saying that, at 193cm, not sure he is any more of a key defender than Grimes and Broad.  If we go mature key defender, I would be looking at a 197cm+ key defender.

Re-signed with Freo for three years today... >:(

Story on AFL Tonight about the Aints having a clean out - out of the players they speculated could be up for trade, wouldn't mind Acres & Carlisle.... :shh

For big money too. I don’t know the amount, just something I overheard

Seems the ‘Fyfe wants out of Freo’ are starting again.

I'd take Fyfe and a possible trade could be:
Fyfe in
Bolton, Macintosh and next years first round pick
Couldn't see us fitting into the salary cap so won't happen.

No, would never part with Stack.

Not even close to being enough to get Fyfe.

Our chance to get Fyfe was at 8:30pm on Thursday November 26 2009

.....we chose Griffiths instead.  :rollin

I'm comforted by the fact that we won a premiership after 37 years. Who knows how things would have turned out if we picked up Fyfe? We may have challenged more but failed at the final hurdle.....
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
