Since coming in he has been one of the best performed players. Looks promising.

He was solid. Happy with him on a wing as a replacement for Pickett or KMac

Ran hard mostly and did a few half decent things...one thing that wasn't was double fisting an uncontested mark.

That will never change with him

Yup that was bad although I’ve seen multiple time premiership players doing that for us this season so hard to count that against him too much.

Yep....fools many because looks exciting in full flight and often looks like he's "cracking in" but when it comes to crunch....... :shh

Want to compare Vlastuin and Hugo?

I’ll start with a guessing game called “name the organ”

Hugo has a ….. the size of a split pea
Vlastuin has a bigger ….. than Phar Lap had

Ralphsmith making impressive strides

Yze has provided the hard-running Ralphsmith with the opportunity to play on a wing, and the 22-year-old has responded in fine fashion.

So far this season, Ralphsmith is averaging an AFL career-high 14.8 disposals, 4.8 contested possessions, 4.7 marks, 2.2 tackles, 2.2 inside-50s, 1.5 rebound-50s, 3.3 score involvements and 290.5 metres gained per match.

Ralphsmith again had an impact for the Tigers in last Saturday night’s Dreamtime at the ‘G’ blockbuster against Essendon, finishing the match with 17 disposals, four marks, four inside-50s, three clearances, one goal, three score involvements and 424 metres gained.

He also covered the most distance by any player on the ground over the course of the four quarters – 16.7 kilometres.

Still not sold on him but he's not in our top 10 problems.

Has improved, that's for sure.

I went along and watched, must say was pleasantly surprised. Reckon that spell in the 2’s has piqued his interest.
Yes, some issues but still.
There’s quite a few senior players that could do with a spell in the 2’s to spike their interest…
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
