My tickets are now visible in the app but I cannot download them yet. Anybody else got a similar issue?

Yep

Barcodes still to come through

Which is supposedly happening late today or sometime tomorrow

No tickets visible.

Downloaded app and linked.

My brother submitted my code for ballot though.

Not sure what to do.

What if you dont have a phone? how is the elderly (those that are phone illiterate) supposed to get in?

i think this new system is flawed.

Barcodes visible now for me which is a relief. I wish they would have sent an email to members advising the delay for the visible barcodes. I am sure thousands of people would have calling the club in a panic.

Anyway all good now.

Did the same for me for 5 minutes but got on and they were available, good luck.  Make sure your accounts and passwords are up to date as it may cause an issue when you check out.

Didn't take that long. Seemed the first 10 minutes were busy but then it unclogged itself and it was easy to access tickets.

I still don’t understand the “digital membership card”

Are we supposed to have a barcode like the one we had on our membership cards.

I was expecting to open the digital membership and find a barcode with my name on it.

I don’t like this new system.

I open it now and all I see is the ticketmaster tickets to the practice game against Collingwood

Tigeritis, your digital ticket for Thursday night will be in your Ticketek account on the Ticketek website. Not ticketmaster this time around.

Ticketek should have also sent you an email with the ticket info and a link to your ticket.

The ticket itself should have a QR code (a 26x26 pixel square box) rather than a barcode. Each ticket has an unique pixelated pattern.

The other thing is while there are caps on crowds, there will be ballots for seats for all home games. So people will receive a new ticket each game. Because there is no guarantee what seat you will get each game

Not sure how or why GA members get better seats than Reserved Seat Members.
