Narkle dropped by the Cats again tonight. So the whispers will continue to grow.

Not surprised after last weeks game, average at best, stay away from him Richmond.
I agree but being part of the Ralph Carr's stable means the rumours will link Narkle to us.

Narkle is one of Ralph Carr's five AFL clients, alongside Richmond quartet Dustin Martin, Shai Bolton, Mabior Chol and Daniel Rioli.

Cripps signed for 6 years.  That is crazy.

You mean Jack couldn't entice his Rampage VC over? :shh

The media claiming clubs will go harder after Cerra now that Cripps and Merrett have re-signed.

Adam Cerra

One of the most talked about players this year in terms of where his future lies – the former Pick 5 has been linked to several Victorian clubs as he weighs up returning home – including Carlton, Essendon and Richmond. And Cerra remains unsigned late in the season, expect a whole line of Victorian clubs to pursue him.

Go to the draft Tigers.
The run is over by the looks.  Lets regenerate

Keep Chol playing and we can fool another team to give us a second rounder.  :rollin
The club that keeps giving.

Cholly’s been in the system for too long. The pattern is far too obvious
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

If Cerra chooses us over Freo & Carlton it will be for unders (though not cheap) , Green is still only a second year player...his initial contract shouldn't be be that high or at least back ended(yeah yeah Tom Boyd but that was a one off and he was a key forward) ...Taylor -who I think should be an absolute priority target- would arguably cost the most in terns of salary & picks... these are the three I'd give up our high picks for (and next year's too if need be) ...otherwise yes - we should hit the draft as hard as we can.... :shh

It’s been an AMAZING run guys, but it looks like it’s coming to an end.
As good as it’s been, let’s take our draft picks and go to the draft to re-stock the shelves.
The Cerra’s of this world are not in our next premiership window.
Look at the vibrancy of Essendank taking 3 early draft picks and nailing them. With a bit of luck, I’m sure we can do something very similar.

Window is at least ajar until Dusty pulls the pin, especially if Bolton stays as well and considering Cerra's probably got a least decade of footy left in him barring serious injury you'd hope he was also in our next one.... :shh

... Carlton would be so keen to spend a reported $750,000 per season in luring Cerra back to Melbourne, who has yet to prove himself as an elite footballer.

“I’m staggered by the money that’s on offer to him,” Whateley said on SEN’s Crunch Time.

“There is surely a rite of passage where there’s an interim contract of around $400,000.
