Geelong v Richmond prediction

Kingy says: “I think they’ll drive the final nail in the coffin for the Tiges and make a bit of a statement.

“I’m thinking it will be well north of 16.5.”

Kingy’s pick: Geelong at the line (-16.5).

Sammy says: “I tend to agree.”

Sammy’s pick: Geelong at the line (-16.5).

Need to play the territory game in the wet today. So all those quick taps and knock-ons we used against Brisbane to break open their defensive structure will again come in handy.

The key for us is going to be at least matching the Cats in the contests and post-clearance stuff. They smashed us in that department last time simply breaking out of our tackles and out of the front of contests making it hard to defend.

Confirmed by @rhettrospective that Edwards, Rioli, Pickett, Bolton, Stack, Mansell and Parker running out today, establishes a new Richmond record for most indigenous players in an AFL game. Xavier Clarke a key member or our coaching group as well.

This chip chip footy won't work if no one is running hard to present.

Jack overkicks it but luckily all the Cat defenders misjudge it and Cotch marks 35 out. Misses.
