3 more gold so far today

2 in the pool on the final day of competition

And the gold medal ever in the BMX Freestyle

Emma McKeon wins another individual gold in the 50 metres freestyle.

Our women's 4 x 100 metre individual medley won gold. Gives Emma McKeon another gold medal

But Cate Campbell's final 20 metres was stuff of legend. She got us home  :clapping :clapping

Logan Martin is the BMX gold medallist

The Matildas are sweating on the fitness of captain Sam Kerr ahead of Monday night’s Olympic semi-final against Sweden with the striker in doubt due to soreness and fatigue.

Did FIFA hire SHocking for tonight's SF?  ::)

Matilda's robbed by a disgrace of a ref making things up :thumbsdown.

You can tell there was nothing in it as none of the Swedes showed any reaction. If they had been blocked or fouled they would've complained straight away.

The ref could've let the play play out then go to VAR to check for any 'block' but instead robbed us as you can't go to VAR if the whistle is blown before the ball is in the back of the net  >:(.

ps. Silly by Carpenter at the end by the way. Getting a red card in the last few seconds rules her out of the bronze medal match.

Boomers lost to the USA 78-97. Started brilliantly and we lead by 11 pts in the 2nd quarter but we then got smashed as the Yanks went up a few gears especially after half-time.

Can't remember the last time I saw a ref call full time when the attacking team earns a corner. The injured American held up play for 4 mins so there should've been 8 mins of injury time at least.

Anyway as for the game as a whole: Brave fightback by the Matildas to get it back to 3-4 with a chance to equalize but a poor first half defensively and in terms of overall intensity allowing the Yanks to dominate play was costly in the end. It looked like we really missed Carpenter in our back 4.

Yep some real poor defensive errors led to two of their goals
