With Fyfe and Walters out for Freo, tempted to bring back Prestia and Broad together, with Prestia on limited game time. RCD as the sub. Not sure who misses out, probably Garth and Parker.

Baker is a real competitor when the iron is hot. I disagree with dropping him, we need competitors which Garthwaite isn't enough of yet if he ever will be.

In the Mix: Round 20

There's a welcome reinforcement on the way in the form of Dion Prestia (hamstring), while Nathan Broad (ankle) is an outside chance to return after surgery on his syndesmosis joint. Jack Ross could be the one to make way for Prestia, but some juggling would be required to fill the wing role, with maybe Jason Castagna or Liam Baker options.

Verdict: Prestia for Ross, while Ryan Garthwaite could make way if Broad is available.

Team Tips:

In his return from a two-game absence, Shane Edwards hurt his ankle during Richmond’s 38-point loss to Geelong but returned later in the contest.

The Tigers otherwise got through the match unscathed but could look to make changes to a team that was badly beaten with several players down on form.

Hugo Ralphsmith and Riley Collier-Dawkins would likely be at the front of the queue if Damien Hardwick swings the axe.

Of the wounded Tigers, Kamyn McIntosh (hamstring), Nick Vlaustin (knee/quad) and Dion Prestia (hamstring) aren’t far off returning but may yet be another week away.
