Agree do the research etc , but it took nearly 10 months to gather this information find that a bit strange especially with alot of information shared online etc. Each to there own I got no confidence in our conditioning and performance staff.
We got no exuse to not invest in our football department that Dimmer was taking a large portion of 2 assistant coaches gone to surrounding Yze by quality will go a long way.
See here is the thing, so many on here keep going on and on and on about it being the fault of the conditioning staff.
Gibcus had surgery and I've said this time and time again and people ignore it because it doesn't suit their narrative and the Club followed the advice of the surgeon all through his rehab. Now again people may not like hearing this but that is what generally happens after anyone has surgery you tend to follow the advice of the experts also known as the surgeon.
Clearly at some point the Club has decided to go looking for answer somewhere else as things did not go to plan as per what the surgeon expected.
So here we are, the Club still doing the right thing to get this kid right and people are still sooking, sulking and potting.
I don't have great confidence in our strength and conditioning department either on alot of things but on this particular injury they are not to blame no matter how much people want to blame them
On assistants you are assuming that the Club are not going to replace those who have left. I would think that is a watch this space at the moment
You are correct about their being more soft cap available now Dimma's gone; so it will interesting to see where it is invested
And finally the other part of this regarding the soft cap is will the cost of this trip have to be included in the soft cap? My guess is yes, it shouldn't but knowing how HQ works it will be a yes
Loser attitude - how the stuff does a player have a 2 year hammy?
Did you actually read the article Knighter about how bad this injury and issues are? This isn't your stock standard hammy or torn of the bone hammy tendon. to suggest otherwise is simply wrong
And I'd suggest if they treated it like just another hammy and he did some more serious damage you'd be one of the first to go absolutely ballistic at the Club for ruining the kids career
